Hello. I'm Adrienne.
Providing clients access to opportunities otherwise out of reach is how I have spent the last 17 years.
Whether it is getting accepted to the college of your dreams or preparing for a rewarding career, Lighthouse Guidance specializes in helping you identify your passions and guiding you on the path to achieving them.
Lighthouse Guidance also supports students with mental health concerns, physical disabilities, chronic health conditions, and more.
As a lifetime educator, I am dedicated to helping students and clients reach their fullest potential. I hope to get the opportunity to help you or your kids reach theirs!

Four years at my first job in a Jesuit school was a true gift. I loved working with students grades 9-12 in a guidance class, assisting students with the application process for testing accommodations and visiting colleges around the U.S.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Music at Lafayette. I had my first experience working at a school and knew I was meant to pursue a career in education.

As a school counselor at Fordham Prep, I worked with students in all grades individually and in guidance classes covering topics such as time management, working to reach their full potential through goal-setting and the college application process.

Co-Founder
I co-founded a social skills program for students with special needs and learning disabilities ages 11-22 that engages members in community-based outings in NYC, while focusing on making friends, money management and travel training.

Starting the guidance program from the ground up at Aaron School proved to be one of the most challenging and valuable experiences of my counseling career. I launched their internship program, March to College events and graduated their first class of seniors during my time there. Working with students with special needs and learning differences has become a lifetime vocation.

I earned my Master's Degree at the Steinhardt School. I interned at Baruch College Campus High School and discovered my love for helping students through the intricacies of the college process and navigating the high school experience.
